Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer III

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

We’re looking for a Lead AI AWS Engineer to join our Public Cloud Engineering team. This is a hands-on builder role focused on delivering production-ready LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using AWS-native tools like Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, and Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable AI microservices on AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.)
• Build and optimize LLM-based RAG systems using LangChain, embeddings, and semantic search
• Fine-tune and deploy transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, etc.) for real-world use
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, IaC with Terraform, and monitoring/observability
• Collaborate across teams to connect AI with infrastructure data, logs, internal docs, and telemetry

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with Python (required) and Golang (preferred)
• Real-world implementation of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and semantic search
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services—especially SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows
• Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable ML systems in production
