Design and implement a strategic plan to expand U.S. market presence
Generate, manage, and close high-value opportunities (average project size: <strong>$150K-$400K</strong>)
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in marketing, procurement, HR, and CX roles
Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close
Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations

Elevate the company Worldwide''s visibility across U.S. B2B channels
Lead performance-driven campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and more
Develop impactful sales materials including case studies, pitch decks, and branded assets
Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Align closely with agency leadership to ensure cohesive brand messaging and market fit

<strong>7+ years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles within experiential marketing, event production, creative services, or B2B sectors
</strong>
Proven success in closing complex deals ranging from <strong>$150K to $400K
</strong>
Existing network of corporate, enterprise, or agency-side decision-makers
Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in client presentations
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital advertising platforms, and sales analytics
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
