Job Description:

-We are looking someone who can flex between the roles of Tech Driver and Solution Design Lead (TD/SDL), with tech expertise in Telecom Domain.

-As a Tech Driver, they will be responsible for managing the overall end to end delivery of solution implementation for their initiative, the capabilities within, and the associated features. As a Solution Design Lead, they may be called upon to perform mid-level design work across platforms, ensuring that the solution aligns with the broader architecture and business requirements.

Must have Skills

-10+ years as a Product Manager and or Solutions Architect in a fast-paced technology-based environment

-Experience coaching agile methodologies to Scrum Teams and partnering with Scrum Masters

-Driving technical strategy across all IT groups

-A proven outcome-based track record of coaching at the team level

-Ability to create LLD and sequence diagrams

-Background in system architecture or design preferred

-Strong ability to create decks, present them, and build relationships with stakeholders and senior executives

-Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments

-Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Tempo)

-Extremely organized and able to manage a large team

-Solid communication skills
