What You’ll Own (End-to-End Growth)
- Brand & Social Leadership: Architect our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels. Build a consistent voice, calendar, and narrative that attracts international buyers.
- SEO as a First-Class Citizen (Mandatory):
- Full technical SEO audits (crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation).
- On-page & content SEO (search intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking).
- Off-page strategy (digital PR, link earning, partnerships).
- Measurement: rankings, visibility, CTR, and pipeline impact.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and scale high-intent campaigns across Google Ads (Search/PMax/Display/YouTube), Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn. Own structure, keywords/audiences, creatives, landing pages, conversion tracking, and ROAS/CAC.
- Attribution & Analytics: Stand up GA4, Tag Manager, conversion APIs, and Looker Studio dashboards. Define north-star metrics, track funnel KPIs, and run A/B tests for continuous lift.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Build multi-channel motion—LinkedIn outbound, Upwork/Freelance platforms, partnerships, email sequences, and webinars. Create playbooks that convert strangers → opportunities → signed clients.
- Competitive Intelligence: Run regular competitor teardowns (offers, pricing, funnels, SERPs, ads libraries). Convert insights into counter-moves to out-position and outperform.
- Content Engine: Own thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, and social micro-content. Brief, edit, and quality-control contributors as needed.
- Marketing Ops: Keep our stack humming (CRM, automation, scoring, enrichment), ensure data integrity, and ship repeatable campaigns.
- Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the Founder & Business Manager to prioritize bets, set targets, and report impact clearly.
Minimum Requirements (No Compromises)
- 2–7+ years in high-impact digital marketing/growth roles (agency or product/services targeting US/UK/Middle East markets).
- Pro-level SEO: you’ve led technical + content SEO programs that moved rankings and revenue—not just traffic.
- Performance ads expert across Google/Meta/LinkedIn with proven CAC/ROAS improvements and ≥6-figure annual ad stewardship (cumulative).
- Analytics fluency: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, UTM framework, multi-touch attribution basics, and building Looker Studio dashboards.
- CRM & Automation: Hands-on with HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive (pipelines, scoring, sequences, lifecycle reporting).
- Growth content: portfolio of landing pages, case studies, and social campaigns tied to measurable outcomes.
- Communication: crisp English (written/spoken), client-facing confidence, and executive-level reporting.
- Critical thinking: first-principles problem solver who can diagnose root causes fast and ship pragmatic fixes.
Strong Pluses
- Certifications: Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot.
- Tools: Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer/Frase, Hotjar/Clarity, Figma/Canva.
- CRO chops (A/B testing, heatmaps, form analytics), landing-page building (Webflow/WordPress).
- Light data skills (spreadsheets power-user; SQL/Python basics a bonus).
- Experience launching agencies/brands from scratch or owning a market entry playbook.
What Success Looks Like (First 15–30 Days)
- SEO foundation live: clean crawl, schema, speed, topic clusters, and baseline rankings moving upward.
- Always-on paid search/social producing qualified discovery calls at target CAC.
- Demand gen system: outbound + content + partnerships yielding a steady pipeline.
- Board-ready dashboards: visibility on MQL→SQL→Revenue, ROAS, and channel mix.
- Documented playbooks so we can scale repeatably (and hire under you).
