Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page, backlinks).
- Run and monitor paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI.
- Create and publish engaging content (blogs, landing pages, case studies).
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Execute email marketing campaigns with strong segmentation and reporting.
- Track performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
- Collaborate directly with founders and sales teams to generate qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing across SEO, ads, content, and social.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics.
- Strong writing/editing skills in English and Arabic.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Odoo).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in SaaS, IoT, or B2B industries.
