Your role in VT Markets
In this role, you will attract and interact with targeted communities and network users to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, and encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing road-map. Social Media Managers should have a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
You will:
- Build and execute a Social Media strategy through research, platform determination and benchmarking to increase brand awareness and drive engagement within our community.
- Research the latest trends on Social Media, as well as our competitors, on all relevant Social Media channels.
- Create, manage and share engaging content and paid campaigns that build meaningful connections and encourage targeted community members to take action.
- Moderate all user-generated content and communication.
- Define ambitious and challenging goals, track relevant KPIs and report on our achievements on social media.
- Team up with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach & engagement.
- Communicate with our content creators, influencers and partners in order to coordinate campaigns and track the ROI of the campaigns.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side (ideally within the fintech or brokerage industry).
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding how Social Media works from ideation to execution.
- Solid experience working with external parties; agency, influencers, content creators, forum/community websites or social media accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns (know how to use social media analytics & listening tools).
- Attention to detail, copywriting skills and experience with content creation.
- Native Vietnamese and excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
