Your Role at VT Markets
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on marketer with a strong background in fintech. Experience in CFD trading or related financial products is mandatory.This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, and optimize in-market marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness while driving country-level revenue growth. As the in-market champion, you will translate regional marketing strategies into effective localized execution, ensuring full alignment with global brand standards, messaging, and marketing SOPs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or creative content writing, either from an agency or in-house role. Agency experience is a plus.
- Exposure to fintech or financial services is an advantage and CFD industry experience is a must..
- Fluent in Portugues (spoken and written); working proficiency in English is required.
- Familiar with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, with a good understanding of platform best practices.
- Hands-on and eager to learn, with the ability to support content planning, execution, and optimisation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic experience or interest in photography, image/video editing tools, or creative software is a plus.
- Well-organised,resourceful, and able to manage tasks independently within given timelines.
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-departmental environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically adapt and execute regional marketing initiatives for Brazil, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning, narrative, and marketing SOPs.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution including planning, localized content strategy, asset development, performance tracking, and cross-market alignment to maximize brand and revenue impact.
- Oversee localization of marketing assets (copy, visuals, video) to ensure cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams, IBs, partners, and KOLs to develop in-market strategies that strengthen brand awareness and accelerate business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local agencies and vendors, managing media buying, content production, and event execution.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends, client behavior, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the country.
- Track, monitor, and report campaign and market KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rates, FTD/FTT, engagement, and brand sentiment).
- Identify market gaps and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports to the Regional and Global Marketing teams.
- Support additional regional marketing initiatives and cross-market projects as required.
