PROJECT MANAGER

• Project Manager (Airport EAM) – Fully Remote***

Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a designated Project Manager, who will lead the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program, serving as the primary day-to-day liaison to the customer. Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, and successful acceptance of all deliverables across Phases. Develops and maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP) and drives blueprinting, realization/configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support in accordance with the Scope of Work.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the PMP, including schedule with key milestones, communications/coordination, status reporting, risk/issue, cost, quality, and change management approaches
• Plan and facilitate project kickoff and ongoing stakeholder communications
• Manage/supervise blueprinting workshops with all affected departments to confirm business processes and requirements
• Supervise the production of the System Implementation Plan (SIP), covering configuration, data migration, security, testing, training, acceptance, go-live, and post-implementation support
• Direct realization/configuration using structured sprints with 30/60/90/100% checkpoints; track progress to plan
• Oversee data migration strategy and execution aligned to the customer’s timeline and asset scope
• Orchestrate testing (Build, Defect Retest, SIT, Regression, Functional, UAT, Performance) and drive defect resolution to closure
• Coordinate end-user and admin training and readiness activities; lead cutover and go-live support

Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizenship Required
• If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment with VSolvit is offered
• Designated Project Manager with ≥5 years leading similar airport EAM projects at medium/large hub municipal airports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on leadership of IBM Maximo implementations and integrations
• PMP (or equivalent)
• Familiarity with FAA Part 139 operational contexts and change management in public-sector IT
