The Role:

As the Project Manager, you are the "execution engine" of our marketing operation. Working directly with our Creative Director, Marketing Team and Head of Operations, you’ll translate brand strategy into live deliverables. This is a senior, part-time role for someone who can manage a complex pipeline across multiple markets with sharp judgment and a feel for quality.

What You'll Do:

• Workflow & Traffic: Own the end-to-end creative process—from brief to delivery—ensuring nothing is late and everything stays on-brand.
• Property Marketing: Coordinate high-end assets (photo, video, staging) for listings and manage vendor relationships to hit tight deadlines.
• Agent Support: Act as the primary marketing contact for our agents, scoping and delivering their needs while maintaining our rigorous brand standards.
• Campaign Delivery: Execute social, email, and paid campaigns, keeping all external creative partners moving in sync.
• Operational Clarity: Provide weekly status updates and maintain organized asset libraries and documentation.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 5+ years in PM or Traffic Management within a creative agency or brand-led environment. Real estate and hospitality experience is a must.
• Organized: You have a "system for everything" and nothing escapes your notice.
• Tech-Savvy: Fluent in PM tools (Asana/Monday), creative platforms (Canva/Adobe), and comfortable using AI models to boost efficiency.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Autonomous: You don’t need hand-holding. You build the system, manage the priorities, and deliver results.
