We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and help us craft branding, digital, and social media campaigns that stand out. You’ll work closely with our co-founders and content team to bring creative flair and strategic thinking to the table.

Co-founded by Tanya Michael and Sudeshna Roy, we work across lifestyle, fashion, food, and more, offering everything from SEO and Paid Marketing to Social Media and Branding. We keep things flexible, collaborative, and human—because we believe the best work happens when people feel trusted, respected, and inspired.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on design experience with a strong portfolio across branding, social media, and campaign work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent grasp of visual hierarchy—typography, layout, and composition
• Ability to translate briefs into clear, on-brand designs with minimal supervision
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetic aligned with brand tones
• Comfort with feedback loops—you take feedback with grace and give it with intention
• Self-driven and responsible—you take ownership of your work and your deadlines
• Collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with content and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
• A pulse on digital marketing trends—especially what’s visually working on social platforms
