As a Product Designer at Voxy, you’ll take ownership of key product areas, working across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and the engineering team to shape thoughtful, user-centered solutions that align with business goals. You’ll conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate ideas, translate insights into design improvements, and advocate for usability and accessibility at every step. You'll also contribute to our evolving design system and help ensure smooth handoff and implementation by supporting design QA and providing detailed specifications.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in UI, UX, and service design with a focus on creating user-centered experiences
• Ability to facilitate collaborative service design workshops in complex stakeholder landscapes
• Ability to transform complex data into intuitive interfaces, making data easy for users to understand and use
• Basic familiarity with accessibility (WCAG A and AA) to ensure inclusive products
• Experience with handoff to development and design system maintenance, ensuring visual and functional consistency in the product
• Experience conducting user testing sessions to validate design decisions and uncover usability issues
• Knowledge of how APIs and AI work to integrate and optimize these technologies within the user experience
• Working proficiency in English and one additional operational language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian)

What else would be nice to have?

• Familiarity with tools in our Design tech stack: Figma, Miro, Maze
• Experience with research and insights repository management
