The Vorwerk Home Experience Design Team (XDT) is looking for a hands-on designer who owns the end-to-end UI craft practice. The designer we wish to onboard is someone who has the ability to turn complex requirements into polished, scalable digital experiences.

The XDT designs at scale using a system-driven approach, leveraging enterprise UI kits and functional layout design to deliver premium and sustainable design solutions. You will work closely with our core Interaction Design and Design Ops talents, focusing heavily on the visual craftsmanship and execution of digital sales touchpoints–spanning e-commerce websites, native apps, and next-generation device experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Leading the UI Execution: Designing pixel-perfect user interfaces based on sustainability, scalability and business centricity across our digital sales ecosystem.
Designing for Mobile: Crafting highly polished interfaces for mobile-first web based and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android) experiences, ensuring they feel premium as based on the Vorwerk CI/CD principles.
Applying a Design-Driven Mindset: While your day-to-day is heavily focused on top-tier UI, your background in core design principles ensures your work is always intuitive and user-centered.
Collaborating Closely: Working daily with project stakeholders to make sure your designs are executed exactly as intended.

Your Profile

A talented UI Designer: First and foremost, you are a visual craftsperson. You take pride in visual precision and manage the end-to-end process to build flawless layouts.
Figma Master: Deep experience managing and scaling enterprise-level Figma UI workspaces, component libraries, and UI kits.
Mobile Native Specialist: A proven track record of designing beautiful, real-world native mobile applications.
AI-Augmented Practitioner: You actively integrate AI tools into your end-to-end design process to amplify efficiency, uncover insights, and accelerate prototyping.
Outstanding Communicator: You can articulate your design choices clearly and casually, working as a true partner to our stakeholders.
