UI/UX designer- Remote

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences across web, responsive, and native mobile platforms. You will play a key role in shaping user journeys, designing functional and beautiful interfaces, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless user experiences for multi-platform projects including web, responsive, and native mobile apps.
• Develop sitemaps, user flows, journeys, wireframes, and low to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Conduct market research and heuristic analysis based on best usability practices.
• Define functional specifications and translate requirements into elegant UX solutions.
• Analyze real user data to identify pain points and propose actionable design improvements.
• Plan, facilitate, and document user testing sessions to validate concepts and usability.
• Lead and contribute to workshops and collaborative design sessions with stakeholders.
• Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders and management with clarity and confidence.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design integrity throughout the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma (expert level), including experience with design systems.
• Strong knowledge of mobile design patterns, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Proven experience with multi-platform (mobile/web/responsive) design projects.
• Ability to create and deliver functional, visual, and interactive prototypes.
• Creative problem solver with a strong sense of usability and user-centric thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• C1 English Level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience facilitating design workshops.
• Ability to write and define functional specs and documentation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
