Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. You will be joining one of our live studios, working on Mob Control.

Mob Control is a mobile game with over 400 million downloads and millions of daily players. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to an evolving live game, while having meaningful ownership over the player experience. You’ll work within a fast-moving, cross-functional team focused on long-term product growth, player engagement, and LiveOps-driven evolution.

Role

As Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the player experience, combining UX strategy with visual execution to deliver clean, scalable, and intuitive systems.

• Own the UX strategy and UI execution across gameplay, metagame, and LiveOps content
• Design player journeys for onboarding, FTUE, events, upgrades, store, and retention systems
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma (or similar)
• Translate UX into polished, high-fidelity UI mockups with clear hierarchy and visual consistency
• Build and evolve component-based UI systems and a shared style guide
• Collaborate across disciplines—from product and game design to art and engineering
• Contribute UX thinking to early-stage feature ideation
• Use player data, feedback, and playtests to iterate and improve flows and experiences

Profile

• 8+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in mobile games or fast-scaling products
• A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and polished UI design
• Deep proficiency with Figma and working knowledge of Unity
• Solid grasp of behavioral UX, cognitive load, and attention-driven interaction design
• Experience working in LiveOps or GaaS-driven environments
• Strong communication skills, you can confidently present and defend design decisions
