You will join Mob Control, key title of Voodoo, with more than 230M installs and 14 MAU.

Role

As a Senior Game Designer for Mob Control, you will own the design and execution of new features and game improvements of all sizes. You will also collaborate with a Product Director in shaping the strategy and roadmap for your unit. Your mission is to help evolve the game, with the ultimate goal of turning Mob Control into a top-performing title in the midcore game market.

• Design features & systems: Create new core loops and meta systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization. Develop designs, user flows, and economy models, and propose A/B test ideas.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and artists to bring features from concept to live release, aligning gameplay, UX, and visuals.
• Leverage player insights: Analyze KPIs and player behavior to inform design choices and identify opportunities to boost retention, engagement, and IAP monetization.
• Contribute to vision & strategy: Participate in defining the overall game vision, strategic direction, and long-term roadmap alongside product directors and studio leadership. Help shape priorities and ensure design decisions align with studio goals.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X, or similar); 10+ years is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus in creating clear, simple design documentation.
• Ability to absorb and apply feedback from multiple sources with flexibility and no ego.
• Skilled at simplifying and communicating complex systems.
• Comfortable analyzing KPIs and player behavior to guide design decisions.
• Passion for mobile midcore games and deep knowledge of market dynamics.
