Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing and campaign management, with a focus on lead generation, social media strategy, and asset management. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with 4-5 years of experience, eager to make an impact while working across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation across various online channels.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize social media accounts, with a focus on LinkedIn. Utilize platforms like Sprout to schedule, analyze, and optimize content.
- Content and Asset Management: Organize and maintain marketing assets in corporate repositories for easy access and consistency.
- Campaign Support: Provide operational support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns in various regions, contributing to team efforts across different time zones.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Use analytics tools to measure social media engagement and campaign ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.
Required Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles (B2B or consumer marketing).
- Strong experience with social media management tools, particularly Sprout or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage LinkedIn campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with marketing productivity platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva for creating marketing assets.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, fintech marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
