Our first app, Voidpet Garden, was named one of Google’s Best Apps of 2023.

Now, we’ve built something far bigger: Voidpet Dungeon, a top 20 RPG that is our new rapidly growing flagship product.

We are an 8-person team working fully remote over Discord.

Role Description

We’re hiring a software engineer who is deeply AI-pilled and product driven. You believe most repetitive work inside a company can and should be automated. Marketing workflows, data analysis, support tooling, internal ops, creative iteration, infra maintenance. If you see manual work, your instinct is to kill it with code or agents. You have a strong sense of team & customer needs, and are eager to solve them independently.

What You'll Do

• Contribute directly to game design decisions, collaborating on mechanics, systems, and player experience
• Own full-stack features across React Native (Expo) and Node/TypeScript backend
• Design and ship AI agents that automate core business workflows
• Build internal tools that replace spreadsheets, manual dashboards, and repetitive ops
• Integrate LLMs into marketing, product, analytics, and support pipelines
• Ship fast

Qualifications

• 4+ years software engineering experience
• Experience with React or React Native (Expo)
• Comfortable working with LLM APIs and building agent systems
• Obsessed with leverage and automation
• Strong product sense and business intuition. Comfortable being your own PM.
• High agency. You do not wait for tickets.

Compensation

• 150k-200k
