About the Job
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer who can go from a client meeting to production code — someone who understands the business context but thinks in systems, APIs, and deployments. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and delivery, helping enterprise customers integrate and scale real-time AI voice agents.
What you’ll do
Own the full delivery cycle - from client requirements to deployed voice agents.
Build and integrate APIs with CRMs, telephony systems (Twilio, Five9, Genesys), and internal services.
Write production-quality code in Python (or Node) for routing, orchestration, and real-time audio pipelines.
Debug latency, reliability, and concurrency issues across cloud environments.
Deploy to GCP or AWS using modern CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
Partner with ML engineers to plug models into real-world call environments.
Work directly with customer technical teams to troubleshoot and iterate quickly.
Contribute to internal tooling and infrastructure that helps us scale delivery.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering (Python, Node.js, or Go).
Experience with APIs, real-time systems, or voice/telephony platforms (Twilio, Dialogflow, AWS Connect, etc).
Strong grasp of cloud deployment (GCP/AWS) and modern devops practices.
Ability to communicate clearly in customer environments - both technical and non-technical.
Bias for shipping - comfort working in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
Excited about building at the intersection of AI and enterprise automation.
This is a role for someone who loves building and problem-solving in production - not writing research code or sitting behind specs. You’ll define how we deliver voice agents at scale and be a key technical voice in front of customers.
