We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Remote Sales Representative based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets. Experience in SaaS sales and marketing skills, including basic web development, are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, engage, and close sales with potential clients to drive Vocphones growth in the Australian Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Leverage marketing skills to create compelling content, campaigns, or digital assets to support sales efforts.
- Utilise basic web development skills to assist in optimising online sales funnels or customer-facing web interfaces (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Vocphones product features to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Perfect English proficiency (both written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
- Strong marketing skills, including knowledge of digital marketing strategies, are a significant advantage.
- Basic web development skills (e.g., HTML, Joombla, or WordPress) are highly attractive but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
