Please note: To be eligible for this Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) position, you must be based in Germany and legally authorized to work there. This position also requires monthly travel to the UK for team meetings with our Group Marketing function.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile, results-driven Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and support marketing efforts across the DACH region. This hybrid role blends campaign execution, content creation, event support, and alignment with regional strategy. As the sole marketing representative in DACH, you’ll work closely with local sales teams while collaborating with the UK-based Group Marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation tailored to the DACH market.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented marketer with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience across digital, content, social, and email channels—ideally in a B2B or tech environment
• Strong knowledge of tools and platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Mailchimp, with familiarity around GDPR and regional compliance
• Comfortable using CMS platforms, email marketing software, and digital lead generation tools
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, organized, and adaptable, with a creative mindset and collaborative approach
• Bonus: Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML/CSS skills

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver digital campaigns (including ABM), localised for the DACH audience across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content platforms.
• Translate and adapt existing content, and create new DACH-relevant marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
• Assist the regional sales teams with outreach tools, meeting preparation, and persona development to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Coordinate marketing support for Channel Partners, including onboarding, training, and responding to local marketing requests.
• Serve as the HubSpot expert for the region, building dashboards and generating reports to track performance against KPIs.
• Support local and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring strong brand representation and lead capture.
• Align with UK-based Group Marketing and other internal teams to ensure consistency and regional relevance in all activities.
• Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategy and messaging.

Salary

Salary range: €57,000 - €70,000
