Recruitment Requirements

Job 1 : Data Scientist / ML

Key Skills & Experience

• ML and Predictive analytics Expertise: Proven experience in developing end to end ML models using a range of algorithms like traditional ML, time series, and deep learning models.
• Business Problem Solving: Strong business understanding and acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into effective AI/DS solutions and deliver measurable impact.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Python and PySpark is mandatory, with strong experience in production‑grade model development.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• GenAI Capabilities (Plus): Experience using vibe coding for efficiency and productivity gains. Experience in Agentic AI usage for building modules like EDA Agent, Insights Agent, Model Monitoring Agent etc…
• Domain Experience (Plus): Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.
• Overall Experience: 3+ years of overall experience in data science roles.

Job 2: Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Key Skills & Experience

• GenAI & NLP Expertise: Proven experience in developing GenAI solutions, including 2+ years of hands‑on prompt engineering and building end‑to‑end GenAI workflows. Strong background (5+ years) in NLP, Transformers, and deep learning models.
• Business Problem Solving: Strong business understanding and acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into effective AI/DS solutions and deliver measurable impact.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Python and PySpark is mandatory, with strong experience in production‑grade model development.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced AI Capabilities (Plus): Ability to independently drive LLM or RAG, GenAI, Agentic AI, and NLP use cases, including end to end model development and application in real business scenarios.
• Domain Experience (Plus): Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.
