About The Role
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of VK Transformation’s performance marketing efforts, overseeing paid media, paid social, SEO and content. Leading a team of skilled professionals, you’ll be responsible for scaling growth and maximising ROI across digital channels. With a strong command of analytical insights, creativity, and strategic expertise, you will foster innovation, optimise campaigns, and ensure our clients achieve outstanding digital marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Team Management:
- Develop and deliver performance & data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client growth objectives and VKT’s best practices.
- Develop a good understanding of the clients’ businesses and objectives, and align them with all areas of VK Transformation’s expertise and offerings.
- Leverage analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance as well as test and refine strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-fledged proposals and solutions to clients based on goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media and Content teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate Work with Senior Management and Team Managers to ensure appropriate allocation of resources based on capacity and capabilities.
- Drive learning and development initiatives within the organisation to ensure the delivery of world-class customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new tools, and technologies.
Business Development:
- Work closely with management and consultants to craft compelling pitches for new account acquisitions, effectively highlighting VK Transformation’s USPs and expertise.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Client Management & Reporting:
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns while aligning with the clients’ expectations, business goals, campaign objectives and budgets.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving, thereby instilling confidence and trust, hence building long-term partnerships.
- Work with the teams to prepare and present detailed performance reports highlighting progress, outcomes, and optimisations to ensure client success
- Ensure effective and efficient cross-functional interaction between the company and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations and business goals.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Possesses a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a digital agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling paid media, paid social, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics tools and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong leadership, organisational and team management skills, with a passion for mentorship and team development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Highly committed, ‘hands-on’ approach, proactive, can-do attitude and team player.
