Your Role in Our Vision

We are looking for an experienced ML/AI Engineer to take on a key role in designing and implementing solutions based on NLP, LLM, NER and other AI technologies for automating public data analysis. You will be responsible for designing and building new modules, enhancing existing products, and implementing advanced technologies like RAG systems and Knowledge Graphs. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in designing solutions but also in implementing them to create real-world products that deliver value to our clients.

Our products are already in use, and your contributions will focus on enhancing existing features, scaling our platform, and developing new functionalities. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to shape the company's future and share in its success through our stock options program.

We offer remote work but are open to supporting relocation to London or Barcelona in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize LLM/NLP/NER workflows for applications like entity recognition, sentiment analysis, content filtering and categorization
• Build and optimize RAG systems.
• Ensure data transparency and traceability, implementing a system of references to justify conclusions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Core Requirements

• Deep knowledge of NLP, LLM and NER including hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Experience in designing and building RAG systems, with a solid understanding of various approaches (e.g., knowledge graphs), along with their benefits and limitations.
• Familiarity with the LLMOps stack (LangChain, LLamaIndex, Langfuse).
• Strong understanding of embeddings and vector representations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience developing algorithms for data clustering and filtering.
• Ability to select and implement appropriate technologies and architectural solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience developing and deploying solutions using microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs and their integration into RAG systems.
• Familiarity with task queue systems for workload management.
