Senior Product Designer | Remote | POS / Fintech / Commerce

We're looking for a product design leader who thinks in systems, advocates for the user inside hard commercial constraints, and knows the difference between UX, UI, and product design — you know all three matter and they're not the same thing.

Vivid Consulting Group is an AI-focused transformation consultancy. Our clients build industry-leading point-of-sale products — merchant-facing and consumer-facing — and we need design leadership that can operate at the intersection of complexity and clarity.

What you'll own: Lead design across merchant and consumer POS product surfaces. Work directly with product and engineering. Set the standard. Push back when something isn't right. Ship things that work.

What we offer: W2: Mid-$200s, 1099: $150/hr+, Fully remote, A team that takes design very seriously.

What we're looking for:

→ Senior-level product design experience — you've led, not just contributed

→ Commerce, fintech, or POS product background strongly preferred

→ Systems thinker — you design components and composable experiences

→ Portfolio that shows product thinking, not just visual craft → Strong opinions, collaborative execution
