UX Designer & Content Manager (Croatia based)

The role is remote but can be hired only as full-time employee based in Croatia (please do not apply of you are not legally eligible to be hired in Croatia)

We are looking for a UX Designer & Content Manager to join our team and play a hybrid role across UX design, content strategy, and social media management. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities:

UX Design:

• Design and improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and usability.
• Conduct user testing and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with engineering team to implement new designs
• Build mobile app UX

Content Management:

• Develop, edit, and manage website and app content to align with brand voice and user needs.
• Manage CMS
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure content enhances the overall user journey.
• Maintain a consistent tone, accuracy, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across social media platforms.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience reach.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Figma & canva experience
• Excellent skills in content creation and editing (copy, visuals, and multimedia).
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
