ViVA Tech Talent are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to shape and scale test automation from the ground up, driving quality and velocity across a cutting-edge payments platform used by thousands of merchants globally.

You’ll lead strategy, design frameworks, and influence engineering culture — with the freedom to experiment, iterate, and own impactful outcomes.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Architect robust, scalable automation solutions across the SDLC.
• Drive CI/CD excellence, Shift Left practices, BDD/TDD, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to bake in quality at every stage.
• Influence roadmap decisions with actionable insights and automation metrics.

✅ What You Bring

• 5–7+ years in automation testing (SDET/SET/QA Automation).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, plus frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured.
• Experience building automation strategies across frontend, backend, APIs.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and cloud-native environments.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching or technical leadership.
