_About The Role
As Designer (Digital Experience & DTC), you will design and elevate the customer journey for Barebells across our digital ecosystem. You will work across DTC websites, marketplaces such as Amazon, and CRM touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
You will translate brand strategy into high-performing digital experiences, combining strong design craft with a structured, data-informed approach. Working closely with e-commerce, growth, CRM, and brand teams, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and continuously refine how our digital channels perform.
You will play a key role in ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints, while contributing to improvements in conversion, retention, and overall user experience through thoughtful and well-executed design.
This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Global Brand Manager Barebells.
