Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who knows how to capture attention in seconds and drive rapid, sustainable audience growth. You will craft concise, compelling messages that stand out in crowded feeds, cultivate an engaged community, and use data rigorously to optimize every post. Working closely with Marketing and Growth, you will help position Vitals Vault as a top voice in AI-informed wellness.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop social media plans that prioritize strong “hooks” to capture user interest within the first 3 seconds.
• Design content themes that distill complex wellness insights into relatable, shareable posts.
• Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., automated scheduling, sentiment analysis) to inform topic selection and timing.
• Identify and test different formats—short-form video, carousel posts, live Q&A—to determine what resonates most with our target audience.
• Implement systematic A/B testing for headlines, visuals, and CTAs to refine performance.
• Collaborate with influencers and micro-communities in the longevity and wellness spaces to accelerate follower acquisition and credibility.
• Monitor key metrics (engagement rate, share rate, click-through) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, growth trends, and audience sentiment.
• Iterate rapidly based on data: adjusting copy length, visual style, posting cadence, and distribution tactics.
• Foster two-way conversations: respond to comments and direct messages promptly, guiding followers toward deeper brand engagement.
• Launch and manage user-generated content initiatives (e.g., “Your #VaultYourHealth Moment”) to amplify authentic voices.
• Cultivate relationships with brand advocates—customers, experts, and partner organizations—to drive organic reach.
