About the Role:
This role serves as the operational backbone of marketing, ensuring campaigns, automation, technology, reporting, and customer data work together to drive pipeline, revenue, and measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Own marketing reporting, dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel performance measurement.
- Connect marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, ROI, and customer expansion.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Establish reporting standards, campaign tracking, and measurement best practices.
Marketing Technology
- Administer and optimize HubSpot, 6sense, WordPress, Zoom, and related marketing platforms.
- Maintain integrations between marketing automation, CRM, website, advertising, analytics, and webinar platforms.
- Evaluate and implement technology improvements while driving user adoption and best practices.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Partner with Revenue Operations to manage HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics workflows.
- Own lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Build and optimize email nurture programs, customer journeys, and campaign workflows.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate, organized, and aligned across systems.
Campaign & Website Operations
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including audiences, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
- Administer the WordPress website, including updates, landing pages, forms, tracking, and SEO best practices.
- Manage webinar operations and measure paid media performance.
Data & Process Improvement
- Maintain database quality, governance, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Develop documentation and provide training that enables teams to effectively use marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM), and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience building reporting that connects marketing performance to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing marketing automation, email programs, lead lifecycle, and segmentation.
- Hands-on WordPress administration experience.
- Working knowledge of SEO and modern search optimization (SEO, AEO, and GEO).
- Experience measuring paid media and webinar performance.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 6sense or another ABM platform
- Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity
- Vendor and marketing technology management

Compensation: This position is eligible for placement within one of our compensation tiers. Placement is based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, geographic market, and internal equity.
Tier 1: $100,000-$110,000
Tier 2: $100,000–$120,000
Tier 3: $120,000–$140,000
