As a member of ANZS Marketing & Sales team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality creative for our B2B Marketing Channels and Channel partners in Vista Corporate Solutions. You will be collaborating with the corporate solutions marketing team and the VistaPrint creative team to deliver on-brand, engaging creative that communicates the products and solutions provided by Vista to its corporate customers and channel partners.

What You Will Do

The Senior Graphic Designer will create, design, format, co-ordinate and generate visually appealing designs and content across a range of formats such as Email, Social, Web, Landing pages and Print through the application of standard process graphic design, design thinking and strategic design skills
Interpret and handle briefs from ideation stages right through to finished output.
Work closely with ANZS marketing and creative teams to ensure visuals and copy work together
Drive excellence in quality, design, typography, and brand consistency for VistaPrint and Vista Corporate Solutions, as well as ensuring partner guidelines are met when creating partner campaigns and assets
Complete various production and post-production tasks with great attention to detail – and working with production teams to deliver.
Collaborate with marketing teams, other designers, copywriters and strategists to develop, design and deliver high quality graphics and creative execution in line with the Vista brand and visual guidelines.
Participate in design and briefing discussions and give feedback during meetings.
Quickly translate ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Leverage automation, tools and AI aligned with VistaPrint practices to deliver creative in an efficient manner.
Handle and provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.

Your Qualifications

Vistaprint seeks diverse talents to improve team dynamics and enrich our culture.

5+ years work experience in relevant roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
Shown experience in creative development within an in-house eCommerce business or creative/digital agency environment.
Layout, typography, and design capabilities with a proven portfolio of work
Knowledge of industry standard methodologies in design
Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite

Technical Skills

Ability to think strategically and analytically to plan effective partner marketing initiatives
Relationship building and management
Proficiency in communication and collaboration platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CRM Software proficiency

Nice to Have

Copywriting experience
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Basic knowledge of email marketing practices
