The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts across the globe. Based in a major APAC hub, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning our products, and enabling our sales teams to succeed in multiple diverse and high-growth markets. This is a critical role that will bridge product development, sales, and regional market needs, directly contributing to Visionular's expansion and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify key trends and opportunities within the video technology ecosystem.
· Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product enhancements tailored for varying markets. This includes defining target audiences, messaging, pricing strategies, and launch timelines.
· Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with key customer segments across varying countries, addressing their unique pain points and technical requirements.
· Product Management: Work closely in hand with key product and engineering leads to help drive product innovation by helping to steer sprints.
· Sales Enablement: Create high-impact sales tools and collateral, including presentations, data sheets, case studies, whitepapers, demos, and training materials, to empower the global sales team to effectively articulate the value of Visionular's solutions.
· Content Creation: Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop thought leadership content, blog posts, articles, and other materials that educate the market and establish Visionular as a leader in video technology.
· Demand Generation Support: Work closely with the regional marketing team to support demand generation campaigns, webinars, and events, providing product expertise and content.
· Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights from varying regions to inform product roadmap decisions and ensure our solutions meet local market needs.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between product management, engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B technology, video technology, broadcasting, telecommunications, or related industries.
· Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in multiple markets.
· Deep understanding of the APAC and global business landscape, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Bilingual English / Chinese is strongly preferred for this role.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and customer insights into actionable strategies.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Experience working with sales teams and developing effective sales enablement tools.
· Technical aptitude to understand complex video compression and AI technologies and translate them into compelling customer benefits.
· Willingness to travel periodically.
