The Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, digital growth, and public visibility across CIGC, Visionary ASC, and NGynS. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for building national awareness, driving patient engagement, and supporting physician growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategy across all entities.
- Lead digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social, and content marketing.
- Oversee public relations, media outreach, and partnership campaigns.
- Build and manage analytics dashboards to track growth and ROI.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and partners to align messaging.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing, with experience in healthcare or consumer health preferred.
- Proven success leading digital campaigns and building national brand visibility.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and execution-driven; thrives in growth and launch environments.
