Digital Designer for Digital Marketing for a 3DCommerce deep tech startup

Core Responsibilities
- Infographics - Develop visually compelling infographics for websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, online ads, and interactive content, aligned with marketing goals and deep tech branding.
- UI / UX - Transform wireframes into intuitive, conversion-focused designs, perform performance analysis on assets, and iterate based on user feedback and campaign analytics.
- Video - Develop videos that tell compelling stories, demonstrate use-cases etc.
- Brand Consistency - Ensure that all visual output maintains a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns, reflecting the startup’s advanced technology positioning.
- Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly visuals, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and user experience goals
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1+ years in digital design (ideally for tech-driven environments); deep tech or startup experience is a plus.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Video), Figma, Sketch, and knowledge of basic HTML/CSS; motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus.
- Portfolio: Demonstrated creativity, technical skill, strategic thinking, and ability to visualize deep tech ideas with portfolio samples.
- Professional Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.
