Our client is a real estate tech firm specializing in commercial real estate. Their platform combines traditional listings and lead generation with tenant pre-qualification, focusing on 12-month rental agreements. With a growing customer base and substantial revenue potential, they are positioned for significant impact in the industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and maintain software applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate with teams in South America and India to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and standards.
• Support quality assurance processes to validate applications developed by different teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and AWS.
• Experience in project management and effective cross-time-zone communication.
• Ability to work full-time from 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience developing software solutions for the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of best practices in software testing and deployment.

Personality:

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Software & Tools:

• React, Node.js, AWS, plus project management and communication tools as required.

English Level:

C2 – Native

Schedule:

9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
