Our Client is a fast-growing co-living platform based in Texas that connects renters with affordable, all-bills-paid rooms while assisting homeowners in maintaining high occupancy and low vacancy rates. Their mission is to demonstrate to renters that there is a smarter way to live: “Live Better. Spend Smarter.”

🎯 What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team for 25–30 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to 40 hours. This role encompasses renter relations as well as marketing and social media support.

✅ Your core responsibilities::

• Call, text, and email renters to confirm open house attendance

• Build trust through clear and warm communication with renters

• Post and refresh room rental ads on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist

• Assist in creating and posting brand-related content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Track renter engagement using Google Sheets or our CRM

• Familiarity with Zapier and Automations is a plus

• Optional: Provide assistance with GoHighLevel (training provided)

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Clear, professional, and friendly speaking voice

• Comfortable making renter-facing calls—this is not a silent/admin-only role

• Strong written English for ad posting and social captions

• Experience with social media management (preferably Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)

• Organized, reliable, and consistently available

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (CRM) is a plus

• Familiarity with Zapier and Automations is a plus

Personality:

• Ambitious and proactive

• Strong desire to contribute to the team's success

• Open to learning and adapting to new tasks
