VIRTUE® is hiring! We are seeking a Brand Manager with luxury beauty industry experience to join our Marketing team. The individual in this critical role will be responsible for execution of 360 marketing initiatives, including campaign delivery, omnichannel coordination, product launches, etc. This role reports to the CMO and can be located in Raleigh, NC office or remote with ability to work east coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead brand communication strategy and ensure consistent messaging across digital, social, influencer, and retail touchpoints.
Translate the brand identity and vision into compelling executional campaigns.
Drive innovation and product pipeline strategy in partnership with Product Development.
Oversee marketing claims, regulatory compliance, and substantiation of product benefits.
Own pricing strategy development and oversee ROI analysis in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
Supervise in-store merchandising strategies and oversee retail toolkit creation.
Review and approve the omnichannel marketing calendar and all campaign deliverables.
Support development and refinement of campaign KPIs, tracking systems, and performance reporting.
Create and deliver internal and external marketing presentations.

Experience, Education and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in brand marketing/management (required)
Luxury goods experience, preferably in beauty category (required)
Highly organized/self-starter with excellent time management
Strong collaborator and team player with ability to work with cross functional teams
Data driven with strong analytical skills
MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to perform both tactically and strategically
Strong passion for beauty industry with a pulse on emerging trends
