We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team, with a strong emphasis on marketing coordination and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the primary person responsible for keeping the CRM updated with client information, leads, and interactions.
- Generate reports and analyze CRM data to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Handle various marketing responsibilities, including but not limited to, content coordination, campaign support, and market research.
- Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Research and obtain potential leads, assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting US-based senior-level executives.
- Must have knowledge and extensive experience with any CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in managing and scheduling social media content.
- Knowledge in CRM management and Social Media is required.
- Proven experience handling marketing responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have prior experience working with US-based clients, demonstrating an understanding of US business practices and communication styles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
