Role: Marketing & Funnel Automation Specialist
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, with some flexibility from 7 AM EST to 7 PM EST
Rate: $1,200 - $1,400 USD monthly / $14,400 - $16,800 USD annually (Salary is negotiable based on location and experience)

What You'll Do
As a Marketing & Funnel Automation Specialist, you'll create and manage high-converting lead funnels, automate CRM workflows, and maintain a smooth journey from capture to conversion. You'll design landing pages, write marketing content, and support paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google. You'll also manage social media content, help streamline agent onboarding, and ensure all systems, like Go High Level, BrokerKit, and Shopify, run efficiently. Your work will help drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth. Key responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:
Lead Capture, Funnels & CRM Automation
- Create and manage lead funnels and landing pages using Go High Level or similar tools.
- Build custom landing pages for agents targeting buyers, sellers, and recruits.
- Maintain the BrokerKit CRM to ensure leads are properly segmented and followed up.
- Work with the Broker/Owner to improve lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
- Build systems to turn cold leads into qualified appointments.
- Use tools like Zapier to automate workflows and connect platforms like Go High Level, Lofty, and BrokerKit.
- Set up auto-tagging and assignment systems for incoming leads.
- Integrate features like AI chatbots, videos, and Calendly to boost engagement.
- Automate weekly lead reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Set up and manage a basic Shopify store using templates and upload and configure product listings via Printify with descriptions, images, and variations (product list provided).
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write and refine marketing content such as emails, texts, brochures, social posts, and recruitment materials.
- Customize templates to match the brand and reflect feedback from the Broker/Owner.
- Plan, schedule, and repurpose content for social media each month.
- Design marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe, keeping a consistent look and feel.
Paid Ads & SEO
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust based on key metrics like clicks and conversions.
- Improve SEO on landing pages and funnel steps to boost organic traffic.
What You Should Have
Must-haves:
- At least four years of experience in digital marketing, funnel building, automation, and CRM management, ideally in a performance-driven or agency environment.
- At least six months of experience in a global remote or virtual environment for a company in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
- Fluent in English with strong grammar and persuasive copywriting skills, including the use of AI tools like ChatGPT to polish content.
- Advanced proficiency in Go High Level and Zapier, with a strong grasp of CRM integrations and funnel automations.
- Knowledge of paid ad strategies across Facebook, Google, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Comfortable setting up basic Shopify stores, using templates to meet brand criteria, and uploading products via Printify.
- Able to manage product uploads, listings, and basic store functionality without custom coding.
- Experience in building and managing lead funnels, including tagging, routing, and campaign assignment.
- Strong understanding of funnel testing and QA processes to ensure everything works as intended.
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and user experience in landing pages and digital assets.
- Proficient in creating branded assets and marketing collateral using Canva or other design tools.
- Tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to self-manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working behind the scenes, though not client-facing, the role requires high-quality execution in copywriting, automation, and design.
- Able to independently manage projects from start to finish with consistency, attention to detail, and responsiveness to feedback.
