Role: Digital Marketing Manager (B2B experience-needed)

Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)

Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM PST

Rate: $2,000 - $3,000 USD monthly (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

With services ranging from bookkeeping and tax planning to profit-focused advisory, it provides business owners with the tools to simplify financial management, reduce tax burdens, and make smarter decisions. Designed to serve a wide range of industries—from local family-run shops to creative agencies and professional service firms—it emphasizes accuracy, transparency, and tailored support. By focusing on clarity and strategy, clients can save time, retain more of their earnings, and establish a stronger foundation for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and managing omnichannel campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects for the client. Success in this role means combining strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution to support business growth. You'll manage lead generation funnels, automate nurture sequences, run paid ads, oversee social campaigns, and create light graphics and short-form videos. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns using GoHighLevel.
  • Create and optimize automated funnels and nurture sequences to move prospects through the client journey.
  • Track lead quality and conversion rates, adjusting campaigns to improve ROI.

Social Media & Paid Media Campaigns

  • Determine which social media platforms work best for the brand and create an omnichannel social media strategy accordingly.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor social media marketing campaigns to attract decision-makers in target industries.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads as needed).
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.

Content Creation & Nurture Assets

  • Write and schedule email nurture sequences and marketing automation flows.
  • Produce or repurpose content for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Create light graphics and edit short-form videos to support campaigns.

Analytics, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs such as cost per lead, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Create and manage a complete set of marketing metrics and dashboards (e.g., cost per lead, campaign ROI, etc.).
  • Establish reporting processes where none currently exist. This is a blank canvas role with freedom to define key performance indicators and tracking methods.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to push toward the primary goal of generating qualified leads.

Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with firm leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide updates in weekly check-in meetings and communicate campaign progress proactively.

What You Should Have

Must-haves:

  • At least four years of professional experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation and funnel building.
  • Minimum one year of experience working remotely with a company based in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel for marketing automation and CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage social media marketing and paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in creating light graphics and editing short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editors.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Technology Specifications: Minimum 100 Mbps Internet Speed

  • Windows 11 or macOS 15 Sequoia
  • Minimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB of RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB of RAM

  • Designated Office Space in your home

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in professional services, accounting, or finance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional CRMs, automation tools, and basic SEO/website optimization.
  • Experience creating long-form content such as blogs, articles, or whitepapers.
