Graphic Designer (Figma Expert) – Creative for Ads, Landing Pages & Email Marketing
Remote | Full-Time | $1,500-$2,000/month | Work Hours: 9AM – 5PM EST
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and fast-moving Graphic Designer who thrives in a dynamic agency environment. You’ll be designing ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and full-funnel design systems, all inside Figma.
This role is for someone who is not only creative but also strategic, understanding what converts and drives performance in paid campaigns and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design ad creatives (static and light animation) optimized for Facebook & Instagram
- Build landing pages and funnels in Figma that drive conversions
- Design email marketing assets (templates, headers, visuals) with a performance-first approach
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams via GoHighLevel (GHL) and Discord
- Apply feedback quickly and maintain visual consistency across brands
- Support occasional copywriting for ads and landing pages (a plus, not required)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Expert in Figma with experience in design systems and prototyping
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
- 3+ years experience in agency or fast-paced marketing environments
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and ad creative best practices
- Experience designing for Facebook & Instagram ads
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using GHL and Discord
- Highly organized, responsive, and proactive
Bonus Points:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and storytelling
- Motion/animation skills (GIFs or simple ad motions)
- Copywriting or UX writing experience
