The Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer with a systemic mindset, strong product intuition, and a proactive attitude. This is not a role where you’ll simply execute screens—you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, defining holistic user experiences, and improving existing products in close collaboration with Design, Product, Engineering, and end users.

Responsibilities

Design functional, accessible, and scalable interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
Analyze and redesign existing user flows that could be improved.
Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
Maintain and evolve modular design systems in Figma.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers from problem definition to final delivery.
Propose innovative ways to solve clinical or operational needs.
Clearly document design rationale and advocate for product quality across teams.
Balance short-term improvements with long-term scalability and design coherence.

Requirements

3+ years of experience designing complex digital products (ideally in healthcare, operations, or internal tools).
Strong skills in visual design and a sharp ability to structure and optimize user flows.
Proven experience working with design systems.
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, libraries).
Ability to quickly iterate with real users and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Critical thinking, ownership, and willingness to engage across all layers of the design process.
Solid judgment in balancing simple solutions with robust architecture.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – C1 level required.
