Senior UI Designer

Position Context

• Create world class UI’s for VinFast in vehicle and app based digital experiences
• Collaborate with UX designers and software developers to the implement UI in the final product
• Create opportunities for continual improvements of both the User Experience and HMI design process.

Position Overview

• Create and rapidly iterate and develop UI concepts and components to create user-centric designs that exceed customer expectations
• Support testing (physical and software-based), validation, and verification of the HMI, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and overall system compliance with specifications

Job Description

• Design intuitive, highly usable graphical assets and interfaces that surpass customer expectations
• Develop and specify animations and micro-interactions that support and delight users.
• Communicate designs to colleagues and stakeholders - capture, prioritize and incorporate their feedback
• Maintain a component library to enable rapid UX/UI development
• Create design patterns for interactions, color, icons, typography and standards
• Benchmarking of competitive IVI and connected car systems and consumer electronics
• Support User Testing with UI material for rapid iteration
• Create U I design patterns for interactions, color, typography and standards

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's Equivalent and 5+ years of experience
• Mastery of User Centered Design approaches
• Experience designing for touch-centric products
• UI/UX knowledge
• Professional in the use of graphic software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Blender,…
