Senior Product Designer (Ukraine)

About the project

Our team is developing a platform for doctor registration. Additionally, the company has several legacy projects that require redesign and ongoing maintenance. In this role, you will design a variety of products, working on dashboards, graphics, and other user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI of the platform, including design for dashboards, data visualizations, reports, and analytics tools.
• Create beautiful, clear, and intuitive graphics, charts, and interfaces.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product flows and visual strategies.
• Conduct user research and test design prototypes, iterating based on feedback and quantitative data.
• Build or refine design systems and component libraries for data-heavy applications.
• Ensure visual language aligns with business goals and supports product usability and engagement.

Requirements

• Has 5+ years of product design experience, including with dashboards and data-driven applications.
• Is skilled in Figma, Sketch, or similar design workflow tools.
• Is comfortable with data visualization principles, charts, graphs, and interactive reports.
• Conducts user research and usability testing to inform design improvements.
• Shows excellent cross-functional collaboration: works with product, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
• Has a B2 level of English or higher.

As a plus

• Experience from crypto, blockchain, or fintech domains — understands financial visuals and UX.
• Experience building design systems and scalable UI components
• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing in design validation.
