About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and thoughtful UI/UX Designer to help shape user experiences for innovative enterprise applications. This role requires a strong foundation in design thinking, usability principles, and modern digital design tools. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define workflows, and translate ideas into user-friendly designs. From research to wireframes to polished UI, you’ll bring concepts to life that are both functional and delightful to use.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather user and business requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and create journey maps and personas to guide design decisions.
• Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Simplify complex functionality into intuitive user interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Continuously refine and iterate on design solutions based on testing and real-world feedback.
• Create and maintain documentation for design systems, UI components, and standards.
• Participate in regular design reviews and work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Drive user research efforts, from usability testing to A/B testing, to validate and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Skills & Experience Needed

• A strong understanding of user-centered design and how to balance business and user needs.
• Proven experience applying UX principles to real-world products.
• Able to lead or support usability studies, interviews, and rapid prototyping.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Skilled at giving and receiving feedback and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Deep attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Passion for great digital experiences and solving user pain points through design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a UI/UX design role.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience with enterprise, B2B, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
