About the Role:
We’re hiring a Creative Content Manager who can do it all — concept, design, edit, test, and optimize high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This is a hybrid creative–execution role for someone who knows how to win in paid social and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make the work themselves.
This role requires a sharp eye for visual storytelling, strong instincts for performance marketing, and technical fluency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut.
What You'll Do:
- Own Paid Creative Production: Design and edit video and static ads end-to-end — from concept to final asset delivery.
- Drive Creative Strategy: Lead ideation and scripting of content designed to convert at each funnel stage (awareness, acquisition, remarketing).
- Vendor + Talent Management: Source and manage freelancers, UGC creators, and production partners as needed.
- Build & Test at Volume: Rapidly produce and iterate creative variations based on ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop rate).
- Collaborate with Growth Team: Work hand-in-hand with media buyers to align creative with audiences, copy, and campaign objectives.
- Leverage UGC & Trends: Source creators and UGC talent, and repurpose raw footage into scroll-stopping ads that feel native to each platform.
- Manage Creative Pipeline: Maintain an organized library of assets, testing cadences, and insights from what’s working and what’s not.
- Stay Culturally Tuned-In: Bring a steady stream of fresh, trend-driven ideas rooted in pop culture, meme language, and platform behavior.
Who You Are:
- 3–6 years in a paid social creative role with hands-on execution responsibilities.
- Proficient in video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) and graphic design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A creative problem solver who knows how to build direct-response content that performs.
- Experience working inside or alongside a growth team at a DTC or CPG brand.
- Ability to balance speed with quality — you can ship fast and make it look great.
- Comfortable directing UGC creators or managing small shoots (remote or in-person).
- Confident using data to inform creative direction and iterate quickly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in cannabis, DTC, CPG, wellness and fitness.
- Motion graphics and light animation skills.
- Knowledge of tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Black Crow AI for analyzing creative performance.
- Experience launching or scaling brands in the $10M–$50M+ revenue range.
