Our Älyenergia sovellus is the most innovative and customer friendly (4,5*) Smart Energy app in finnish market with abilities to optimize household energy usage, control electric cars, monitor solar panels and automate heating devices/HVACs. App customer amount has grown 5X to over 35000 in 2025. We are ready to go global with our energy app after we get our energy-saving program fine-tuned for it.

We are a hybrid SW/Energy firm, which is ready to take the next step with app, but is still is missing the captain for application development. The best Energy Company in Finland has grown to over 50000 customers and soon with you we could get SW department flying as well.

Together we would sail this boat possibly to stock market with you as a shareholder, but first our Älyenergia app would be the best de-facto Energy app in finnish market and then even in the world.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join our Älyenergia-mobile application development. You should have strong experience in Typescript development and preferably experience with Azure cloud. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews and lead the team on three highly skilled specialist coders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or otherwise demonstrated ability to be the best
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of expertise with Cloud services, preferrably Azure but AWS and GCP are plus too
• 3+ expertise in mobile development with Javascript/Typescript, React and Node
• Expertise in ionic, capacitor, Prisma ORM and tRPC are a big plus
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
