Director of Marketing and Growth

Head of Growth & Marketing (Remote – Ukraine | U.S. Company | Pacific Time Schedule)

Vigorant Inc., a U.S.-based digital marketing and AI technology company serving healthcare businesses across North America, is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale all marketing and growth initiatives across the company.

This role is responsible for driving measurable growth, improving marketing quality, and generating the highest number of qualified leads at the lowest CPA, both for Vigorant and for our clients.

This is a remote position for professionals based in Ukraine, working directly with our leadership team in the United States.

What You Will Do

As Head of Growth & Marketing, you will be responsible for the overall direction and performance of the company’s marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading all growth and marketing strategy
• Generating qualified leads and customers with the lowest possible CPA
• Overseeing marketing performance for both Vigorant and our clients
• Designing and optimizing marketing funnels, campaigns, and acquisition channels
• Supporting the sales team with lead generation and marketing strategy
• Advising leadership on market positioning, service packaging, and product promotion
• Acting as a liaison between the market, potential clients, and our internal teams
• Driving visibility through SEO, AI Optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics
• Experience with AI-driven marketing, AI Optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on

Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing is a strong advantage.

Work Conditions

• Remote position (Ukraine)
• Work schedule aligned strictly with U.S. Pacific Time
• No schedule flexibility is offered
• All remote employees must track working hours using time-tracking software
• The system captures screenshots randomly during tracked work periods

Compensation

Full-Time:

$2,400 – $3,800 USD per month

Part-Time (20–25 hours/week):

$1,200 – $1,800 USD per month

Compensation will be determined based on experience and capabilities.
