Senior Product Designer
Location: Hybrid/Onsite at LA or Remote at San Francisco
(Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate ideas into high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to final delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define and implement solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with prototyping tools and design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for consumer products or smart devices
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
