.We're looking for a UX Design Engineer to shape the human side of our robots — from UI on embedded displays to brand identity across product lines

📋 What You'll Do

• Research and analyze user behavior; develop creative 2D graphic solutions for robot interfaces — including UI on robot screens, control applications, and handheld devices

• Own the product brand identity and media assets, ensuring a professional, consistent, and market-ready visual presence for our robotic products

• Ensure every customer touchpoint balances aesthetics with optimal usability (UX), creating a differentiated experience that stands out from competitors

• Build User Flows, Wireframes, and interactive Prototypes to validate experiences before development begins

• Apply deep knowledge of print technologies and promotional materials to work directly with suppliers, ensuring quality output across physical media

• Collaborate with Software and Marketing teams to integrate graphic elements into the product ecosystem — balancing technical feasibility with business impact

• Collect and analyze real-user feedback to evaluate and continuously optimize Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) experiences

• Maintain design consistency from R&D through product launch and across all digital communication channels

✅ What We're Looking For

🎓 Fresh Graduates

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work, branding projects, or interactive prototypes

• Creative thinking with openness to feedback; ability to balance aesthetics with technical constraints in a team environment

• Logical mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills in an R&D setting

• Proactive work attitude and a high sense of responsibility

• English proficiency: TOEIC 550+ or equivalent (ability to read design documentation and communicate in English)

💼 Experienced Candidates (3+ years)

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, with preference for backgrounds in tech, electronics, or robotics

• Hands-on experience designing interfaces for hardware devices (Hardware-Software Interface) with a clear understanding of embedded display constraints

• Deep knowledge of print production processes, print technology, and brand quality management across different materials

• Ability to run user data analysis and A/B Testing to make data-driven design decisions

• Experience leading the aesthetic direction of a product line and building a consistent Design System

• Strong English skills for researching global design trends and presenting solutions to international partners
