Vidrush is an AI-native, end-to-end video creation platform that turns a single prompt into a ready-to-publish video—research, script, voiceover, assets, motion, edit, and render in one flow. We’re early, fast-moving, and building alongside creators and teams.

The Role

Help build and evolve our browser-based video editor and the surrounding web experience. The work blends React/TypeScript product development with solid web engineering—performance, networking, and optimization—plus programmatic video fluency from the Remotion ecosystem. You’ll ship user-facing features, scale the experience, and raise the bar for in-browser editing.

What You’ll Do

Ship polished React/TypeScript features for the editor and creator workflows.
Expand the editor’s capabilities with intuitive tools that push what’s possible in the browser.
Keep the product fast and reliable with profiling, sensible state management, and practical optimizations.
Handle browser/media concerns: smooth asset handling, responsive previews, and resilient UX in real-world networks.
Add agent-assisted editing where it helps: assistants for repetitive steps, suggestions, and automations.
Improve networking & collaboration flows with stable, predictable behavior.
Keep things tidy: clear docs, clean abstractions, and code others can extend confidently.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

3–6 years building production React + TypeScript web apps.
Demonstrated Remotion experience—links to shipped work or case studies with dynamic/programmatic video.
Strong web fundamentals: performance mindset, deep understanding of browser behavior, profiling/optimization skills.
Solid networking & data handling instincts: reliable fetching/streaming, caching, error handling, and graceful degradation.
Clear written communication; you explain trade-offs and keep cross-functional partners unblocked.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience building complex, performance-intensive web apps (large datasets, heavy UI state, or real-time interactions).
Background with complex web apps or editors; comfort with motion/animation and data-driven visuals.
Familiarity with web workers/WASM patterns or media-related browser APIs.
Exposure to agentic/AI-assisted product flows (browser automations, assistants that take actions, suggestion systems).
Community footprint (plugins, examples, tutorials) and strong documentation habits.
